History

Latająca Galeria, the Flying Gallery, was created in 2003 as a company dedicated to the promotion of talented Polish artists and contemporary art to a larger audience.

Still growing and expanding, the Flying Gallery reaches out to new clients and partners. With an open mind to creation and innovation, the Gallery supports more and more young contemporary artists and introduces them to a large audience.

Through its short but active life, the Flying Gallery already made remarkable achievements:

• The Gallery has started cooperating with many corporate and private clients. Most companies, who have implemented the idea of flying exhibitions, are very satisfied with the results and plan to continue working with us. Amongst them you will find Karniol, Małecki & Wspólnicy, Polcard and Rodan Systems.

• We have managed to appear regularly in the local and national press. Articles about our activities were published for example in Puls Biznesu, Rzeczpospolita and Art-eon. We were invited to interviews at Telewizja Polonia and Radio Bis.

• The Flying Gallery took part in the Art Fair in Poznan. Invited by the Ministry of Culture, we took up the role of expert in the cooperation with the world of art and business.

• We regularly organise openings and one-time once-off events for our partners, e.g. for SN Brussels Airlines or the French Chamber of Commerce.

• The Gallery actively participates in the monthly Tasty Classics evenings, organised by Richard Berkely and the Nowa Orkiestra Kameralna Foundation. These evenings combine music, art exhibitions and a tasty dinner and can boost a numerous audience of art and music lovers.

• We have built our own website and online catalogue, where you can find information about Polish contemporary art and buy pieces of art online.

• The Flying Gallery already supports the careers of about 30 Polish artists and is constantly looking for new talents to join its organisation.
